The Rajasthan Economic Association (REA) is a registered body under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act of 1958, with the objective of providing a forum to debate and discuss theoretical and real-life economic issues. The REA has been organising annual conference and seminars to undertake and promote the study of economics. The association is among one of the oldest academic bodies of the country. From the session 2017-18 onwards we have also planned to organise bi-annual workshop for the members of the association. The association also publishes a biannual Journal “Rajasthan Economic Journal”. Since we have entered into golden jubilee year of the association (1968-2018) we desire every member’s sincere effort and support to raise the association to greater heights. I believe that there is always a scope for improvement. Hence, I solicit your benevolent support and cooperation in running this organisation smoothly.
